Bob Hupfer began his career in Wholesale mortgage lending in 1998 as an Account Executive with Option One Mortgage. In 2001, Bob worked at First Horizon Home Loans, running their Northwest Wholesale Construction Division. Bob led his team to become the most successful construction lending branch at First Horizon for nine years. Bob has a proven track record of successfully navigating and closing loan transactions of all complexities for licensed mortgage brokers/lenders.

Bob is the newest addition to an elite team of professionals at Luxury Mortgage Wholesale. In addition to being his favorite aspect of being a Wholesale Account Executive, his strength is assisting in the structuring of loans. Says Bob, “I get a lot of satisfaction in successfully putting tough deals together and getting them to the finish line.”

Bob has a Business Marketing degree from Colorado State University. He lives in Oregon City, OR with his wife and has two grown boys living in Phoenix, AZ.
