Purchase loans locked in May meeting the below criteria will receive a 50 bps improvement:

Min 700 FICO  | Max 80% LTV  |  Max 45% DTI or Min DSCR 1.00

Pricing enhancements have been updated in our pricing engine. This applies to all new loans and existing unlocked loans in the pipeline. Any locked loans do not receive the benefit. Loans that had an exception approved before this price improvement will have the improvement passed through on a case-by-case basis.
