Kathleen Kaylor

With over 30 years of experience in the mortgage and banking industry, Kathleen has consistently been an exemplary B2B mortgage originator, funding well over $4 billion dollars in loans. She started her career originating Second TDs at Savings and Loan subsidiary back in the 80s and is still passionate about her career to this day.

Kathleen enjoys working with mortgage brokers and bankers across the country; her vast knowledge base in the loan industry has allowed her to educate her customers through training on various loan products, guidelines, technology changes and industry standards. She views herself as being a facilitator in growing her clients’ loan production by using agency alternative products such as; Jumbo, Non-QM and portfolio programs. When Kathleen is not working, she also enjoys playing golf, hiking, reading and spending time with family and friends.
