Frank Borelli

Frank Borelli has been helping mortgage professionals succeed since 1991. With more than three decades of experience spanning retail lending, wholesale lending, executive leadership, real estate brokerage, and mortgage consulting, he brings a unique perspective to every loan scenario.

Throughout his career, Frank has managed large-scale mortgage operations, led teams of more than 150 professionals, overseen monthly production exceeding $1 billion, and served as President of a multi-state real estate company closing up to 100 transactions per month.  He has also consulted with major financial institutions on lending products, operational processes, and strategic initiatives.

Since joining Luxury Mortgage in 2018, Frank has played a key role in the growth of the company’s Non-QM and Jumbo lending platform. Today, he focuses on what he enjoys most—partnering directly with mortgage brokers to structure complex transactions, solve challenging qualification scenarios, and help borrowers achieve their homeownership and investment goals. His consistent commitment to broker success has earned him membership in Luxury Mortgage’s President’s Club every year since the program was established.

Known for his responsiveness, creativity, and deep product knowledge, Frank takes pride in being a trusted resource for brokers navigating everything from Bank Statement and DSCR loans to Asset Qualifier and Jumbo financing.  His goal is simple: help brokers close more loans while providing an exceptional experience for their clients.

Frank earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and resides in Westlake Village with his spouse and two children.
