• Eligible for all doc types and purchase transactions
• Minimum 700 FICO
• Maximum 80 LTV
• Minimum 1.00 DSCR
• Maximum 4 units

Non-QM Flash Special – +37.50 bps

• Eligible for all doc types on both purchase and refinance transactions
• Option 1: FICO between 720–739 and max 70 LTV
• Option 2: LTV between 70.01–75 with min 720 FICO
